What the Professionals are Saying:
I recently started using Oxy Zen from the Equine 7 line on my futurity colts. The majority of them have a little anxiety from being hauled and the stress of performance, but when using Oxy Zen my horses stay calm, relaxed and focused. I am very impressed with each horse’s performance and attitude when using this product. I am extremely pleased with the results from all the Oxy-Gen products! Thank you, Oxy-Gen!
I love the Oxy-Gen products! They are such an important tool in my program. Horses deal with stress and struggle to focus as they are being seasoned. The fact it’s all natural if very important! The Oxy-Zen is amazing! My young horses are able to focus and level out when I use it. My seasoned horse Licorice benefits from it as she is such an aggressive performer! If she is fresh it benefits her to be able to compete and not overuse herself.
"I love OXY-ZEN because it not only helps my horse stay calm and focus in the box so that they can perform at their best, but it also has stomach care and electrolytes that replenish my horses in the heat or with hauling. It is my favorite paste because they can still move their feet and it does not dull them out. My horses win on ZEN!"

Arginine - An amino acid and potent nitric oxide enhancer that causes vasodilation of both smooth and skeletal muscles. It dilates the vessels of the skeletal muscles, thus providing more blood flow. The vasodilating properties work well in horses that tie up and is extremely useful in treating "Bleeders" because it reduces resistance to the blood flow through the lungs (racehorsemeds.com)
Menthol - A volatile oil in peppermint that supports lung function and is an antibacterial, antiseptic, and anti-fungal (brooknyherbs.co.nz)
Octacosanol - used to improve exercise performance including strength, stamina, and reaction time.
Tryptophan - the amino acid precursor for serotonin, a neurotransmitter implicated in sedation, inhibition of aggression, fear and stress. (Stanceequine.com A Grimmett, MN Sillence)
Vitamin E - Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, which plays a role as the #1 antioxidant & immune booster in the body. It also helps to prevent free radical damage to specific fats in the body that are critical for health and is an important vitamin that is required for the proper function of many organs in the body. In addition to being an antioxidant, Vitamin E is a “potent anti-inflammatory when given in high levels,” according to a University of Florida study. Your horse does not make Vitamin E. Daily outside sources of Vitamin E are required to maintain the right blood and tissue levels to help protect cells. Nerve tissue especially requires Vitamin E to function properly. Horses quickly get deficient if they engage in moderate to high amounts of physical activity. (Holistichorse.com DVM Frank K Reilly)
